Michael Kors showcased fashion for strong women, real leaders that have power and sensuality on their side. This translated into tailored pieces softened in the lines, such as cocoon blazers with rounded shoulders, classic trousers loose in the leg with high waist and crease, long sleeveless coats with a wide belt – all offered in menswear fabrics and/or camel. Then there were hyper-feminine garments and details, confirming that seductive power, such as the skirts split up the front and the sarong-style dresses with metallic animal motifs, the jackets with slashed sleeves, the black leather outfits, the deep necklines on blouses and shirts, the maxi furs, some of which were colourful, and the finale dresses – black, sequinned and silk fringed.
