A modern vision of an elegance that meets the needs of today’s women from Katia g., who for Spring/Summer 2017 is reinforcing the brand’s identity by renaming it Katia Giannini. Special attention was paid to materials for the relaunch of this semi-couture brand in which every detail is aimed at accentuating the excellence of Made in Italy. Pyjamas, jumpsuits and voluminous long dresses fluttered around the body, designed to become precious ‘allies’ of seduction on hot summer nights. Kimono jackets and trousers had a vaguely oriental silhouette, skirts were full and almost touched the floor, while bermuda shorts and trenches also followed the big size theme. The collection showcased a concept of contemporary, sophisticated minimalism.
