To celebrate her 25th year in business, Jill Stuart drew inspiration from her archive, but the designer took pains to point out that “None of the pieces were taken from my archive; they were inspired by my archive, from ’93 till now”. She produced more of her floral prints inspired by a botanical garden on organza or sheer lace dresses, with puff sleeves and ruches or flounces, layered over romantic shirts and fishnet ankle socks and platform sandals. The alternative to flowers were white-on-black polka dots, which decorated sheer blouses and long dresses, while the finale returned to more botanical prints on layers of organza. The bondage corsets and golden harnesses, shaped like a bustier, were created by a young designer called Lady Grey and the belts were by Zana Bayne.
