Total black and shadowy tones also conquered Filippo Scuffi, who for Daks produced a collection in which the signature house check alternated with coats, masculine suits and black dresses. The classic checks were pixelated on long thin dresses, one fluid with a belt, another with a big lace collar, and on a blouse paired with straight trousers above the ankle, while other checks in shades of brown were used on a T-dress and a coat decorated with gold spangles. The black outfits came with feathers, fringes, lace and jewelled details on the belts or collars tied around the neck with ribbon. Wide-brimmed hats completed the looks.
