Taking diving lessons, stealing her boyfriend’s shirts, wearing them as a dress, and heading back to the city. This is the Carven girl – a nymph of the seas, all shorts, mini-skirts and skinny trousers slightly flaring at the bottom, who loves the ocean and its creatures, wearing them printed in bold tints on crew neck knits, asymmetric dresses and skirts with belted waist. Some rounded or fringed hemlines were reminiscent of waves or the tubular structures of sea creatures such as the octopus or the jellyfish, while others had a certain rigidity, such as the jackets and cassocks, some in sailor blue and white, which didn’t take away from the youthful mood, with branded t-shirts and legs on show.
